Passing a Farm Bill and rolling back tariffs are among congressional candidate Janelle Stelson’s top goals on rural policy.
Stelson, a Democrat and former TV news reporter, is running for Congress for a second time in Pennsylvania’s 10th Congressional District, which includes Dauphin County and parts of Cumberland and York counties.
“We deserve a member of Congress who will fight for agriculture and rural economic development,” Stelson’s newly released rural policy document reads.
